Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping via Aramex. Shipping costs are not included in product prices and vary depending on destination and current rates. Our team will confirm the exact shipping cost with you before finalizing your order.
Please note: all import duties, taxes, and customs charges are determined by your country's regulations and must be borne by the customer. We know your love for Nepali handicrafts goes beyond paperwork, so we do everything we can to make sure your order reaches your doorstep smoothly. Keep calm and keep shopping!
Payment
International orders are prepaid only. Cash on Delivery is not available for international shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return an item within 3 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Wholesale and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. If you've already paid and need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once packaging and shipping has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
We welcome international bulk orders (100+ units). Bulk orders are considered final sale and excluded from our standard return policy. Reach out to us via WhatsApp for wholesale inquiries and pricing.
